Folk art work table from northern Sweden. The table has three drawers in the rim and a drop leaf / extra table top. Made around 1810 to 1820 in painted pine. The paint is original and it’s unusual to see blue marbled paint on the frame. Good authentic patina only time can create after 200 years of use. Healthy and solid frame. The extra table top has likely never been painted. One gate to the extra top is later and likely replaced. There is some minor loss of material on the left drawer – see picture. Original brass knobs on the drawers. Height to rim is 53 and the extra top is 66 cm, making the total length 74+66=140 cm.
