Swedish gustavian and neoclassical desk from the late 18th century, around 1790. The desk is from northern Sweden and work well as both a desk and wall table. Made in painted pine with straight straight and narrow legs decorated with vertical flutes. The rim has a ribbed decor on three sides which also extends to the drawer. The paint is worn with traces of the original late 1700s paint and the patina is all authentic. Minor ink stains inside the drawer. Healthy and solid frame. The rim is 61 cm above the floor.
