Antique Swedish rustic desk from the early 1800s. The desk is a large, classic country house furniture in gustavian style with straight tapered legs and a large drawer. Made by hand in solid pine from northern Sweden around 1820 to 1830. The table is dry scraped by hand down to the original, salmon coloured first layer of paint. The drawer has the time-typical traces of use, meaning traces of ink stains. Healthy and stable frame. Height to the apron is 60 cm.
