Genuine antique Swedish sideboard in gustavian style. The sideboard is a genuine country house furniture from northern Sweden made around 1820, making it 200 years since it was made. Frame made by hand in solid pine. Well-crafted. Note the details on the corners. Dry scraped by hand to the first, original layer of paint from the early 1800s. Paint with distress and patina.
The bare pine wood shows through in some places which have been particularly worn. The interior has never been painted. Old hardware in brass and functional lock and key. There are traces of an old repair, bottom right door – see pictures. The width and depth are measured from the table top and the height to the table top is 112 cm with the edge board measuring another 18 cm at most.
