Pair of Schulz Lounge Chairs – Otto Schulz Easy Chairs.

Otto Schulz was active during parts of the 20th century and these lounge chairs were designed in 1936 and manufactured by Jio Furniture. The pillows or cushions are original and the current upholstery is original but it has distress with marks of use. The chairs are in good vintage condition consistent with age and use, but the padding has dried and needs replacing. The padding or foam used dries with time and loses some of its elasticity making it hard. There are some minor scruff marks on the ends of the legs.

Otto Schultz was a Swedish interior architect, writer and designer. He was born in Germany and moved to Sweden 1907. Schultz then started the furniture business Boet in Gothenburg in 1920.
