Early 19th century sideboard in folk art from northern Sweden. The sideboard is unusually small and has a completely untouched exterior with original faux paint and grey blue door panels. The sideboard and paint has survived the travel through time without being renovated or repainted. Made by hand in solid pine with a healthy and stable frame. Unique natural distress after 200 years of use. The inside has never been painted. However the shelves and narrow short ends have old paint. Working lock and key. Height to the table top is 95 cm and the panel around the back is another 7 cm, making the total height 102 cm.
