Neoclassic sideboard from northern Sweden. The sideboard has its original distressed paint. It is richly decorated with carved wooden decorations. Made from painted pine. An unusual detail is the decorated feet. The lock and key are original to the sideboard and in fully functional condition. Another detail that’s worth noting is the narrow notch running all along the back end of the top. From circa 1790. Healthy and solid frame. Neoclassicism corresponds to the Swedish gustavian style.
